Counter-Notification
If you believe that the content removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or you have authorization from the copyright owner to use the material, you may send a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the removed content and its location before removal;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the court in your area and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA complaint.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate access of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property laws.
